PAYMENT TERMS Payment is
required at time order is placed. We accept MC, VISA, American
Express, Checks and Cash. Checks should be made payable to
"Simply Thank You!"

SALES
TAX All orders will be charged an additional 7.5% which
is the North Carolina sales tax rate. |

SHIPPING All gift baskets will be shipped within two
business days only. Business days are Monday thru Friday.

RETURNS
& CANCELLATIONS If for whatever reason
you are not satisfied with your basket. Please contact
us immediatley. Gourmet gift baskets must be returned
within 5 business days for an in-store credit. Please
contact Customer Service for return
authorizaton.

SUBSTITUTIONS Due to
the nature of our business, from time to time we will have to
make a substitution. Please know that during the
summer months we will be making subsititions for all
chocolate items. Items of substitution will be of
equal or greater value.

HOSPITAL
& HOTEL DELIVERIES If you are sending
a gift basket to a hospital or hotel, please
be careful to confirm the information before submitting
your order. If Simply Thank You! makes a
delivery to a hospital or hotel and the receiptient is not
longer employees, visiting or has been released, you will be
forced to assume the delivery charge.
